Dear Roadrunner Families,

 

On behalf of the Rock Creek staff, I would like to welcome you to the 2020-2021 school year. It is an absolute honor to serve as your Principal especially during a year that is beginning in a way most of us never would have anticipated.  I am overcome with pride when I think about our community, our students, and our staff.  The way Roadrunners band together and support one another in easy and difficult times is what sets us apart and makes us special.  I have no doubt in my mind that together, we can indeed do hard things and watch our kids surpass our expectations. 

 

We are eager to begin our year together and would like to extend a warm welcome to our TK and Kindergarten students as they begin their educational journey here at Rock Creek.  We would also like to welcome any new families to Rock Creek and welcome back our returning Roadrunners!  Rock Creek is an inviting, safe, special, and fun place for kids to learn and achieve!  We look forward to the day when we can celebrate and honor first day traditions back on campus! 

 

Our office is now open by appointment if you have any questions or need assistance.  We believe that a student has the most success when the school and family work together as a team to communicate frequently.  Perhaps this is truer now than it ever has been.  In an effort to improve our communication even more by sharing out the great things that are happening at Rock Creek, we are going to have a more prominent presence online and hope that you will like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter@RockCreekAuburn.  Of course, we will continue to communicate with our families through email, calls, texts, and our Aeries Parent Portal.
