On behalf of the Rock Creek staff, I would like to welcome you to the 2019-2020 school year. It is an absolute honor to serve as your Principal. I have been with the Auburn Union School District for the past two years serving as an English Learner Coordinator and an Instructional Coach after spending ten years in elementary and special education classrooms as a teacher.
We are eager to begin our year together and would like to extend a warm welcome to our TK and Kindergarten students as they begin their educational journey here at Rock Creek. We would also like to welcome any new families to Rock Creek and welcome back our returning Roadrunners! Rock Creek is an inviting, safe, special, and fun place for kids to learn and achieve!
Our office is now open from 8:30 to 4 pm if you have any questions or need assistance. We believe that a student has the most success when the school and family work together as a team to communicate frequently. In an effort to improve our communication even more by sharing out the great things that are happening at Rock Creek, we are going to have a more prominent presence online and hope that you will like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter @RockCreekAuburn. Of course we will continue to communicate with our families through email, calls, texts, and our Aeries Parent Portal.
We are looking forward to a great year of learning and fun! As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the office at 530-885-5189.
Welcome Back, and GO ROADRUNNERS!
